data centers mapped

FracTracker’s Open U.S. Data Centers Tracker maps existing, permitted, and proposed data centers nationwide, with a focus on the largest projects driving surging demand for fracked gas and other fossil fuels.

All entries are compiled from public records, media monitoring, and permit documents, verified before publication, and updated regularly. Where communities are already fighting for a voice in decisions about data center development, we link directly to petitions and grassroots campaigns. The dataset can be downloaded and shared freely for non-commercial use with credit to FracTracker.

See something that’s missing? We want to hear from you. Use the general submission form, or go to a facility on the map to submit updated information.
