Field Diary from the Impact Zone

Residents near drilling activity may see significant changes in their air quality, water quality and/or quality of life. Sometimes the issues and changes are quite small, but even a minute leak or emission can have large impacts on residents and their homes. This field diary chronicles the daily experiences of and problems encountered by Bill Hughes during his expeditions in the gas fields of West Virginia and greater Appalachia.
