Dom (she/they) is a passionate activist with a background in community organizing and urban farming. With a steadfast commitment to empowering marginalized communities, Dom strives to address intersecting oppressions through their work.
Prior to joining Fractracker, Dom organized with several Black-led organizations and co-founded an LGBTQ+ advocacy organization in New England, where they grew up. This gave them diverse experiences in nonprofit management, grant writing, and content creation.
