    I am working on a Hazard Analysis & likely Mitigations of the complete drilling & frack operation. From that I am hoping to go into identifying & quantifying risks (probability) for workers & community. Presently data is scarce, but casing gas or liquid loss issues seem to be one area of data available.

    Interesting presentation, although I think I would have wanted to hear what you were expounding on between the talking points. I’m working on a similarly themed but more detailed violations and reporting analysis right now, so once it’s all finished hopefully there will be some more to add to all this (including some procedural knowledge on inspections and reporting differences between regional DEP offices). It’s nice to see someone else combing through those spreadsheets though…
