Tennessee
The state government of Tennessee does not track the number of wells that use hydraulic fracturing. State law requires that operators of wells that use hydraulic fracturing disclose to the government a list of chemicals used, but there are exceptions in the law which allow for these chemicals to be concealed from the public.
